Methods
You will receive a confirmation/invoice once you have registered for the symposium.
Payment is possible via bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express)
All payments must be made in Euro.
Cancellations
Cancellation is possible in writing or by fax only.
Symposium
For cancellations received before July 15, 2022 a fee of 50,- € applies. Until September 1, 2022 the cancellation fee will be 100,- €. No refunds will be made after September 1, 2021.
Hotel
Until July 15, 2022 the cancellation fee is 40,- € per room. After that date, the hotel may charge you the applicable no-show fee for each night cancelled.
